NOTE: This error may reqire several RESUMEs to correct.
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
If this fails to correct the problem, check that nothing is obstructing the
unload table traveller to prevent it from moving back into the un-rotated
position. If everything looks normal, then Creo Service should be called.

<ServiceInformation>
<DescriptionText><text>
There is an optical switch near the center of the unload table which is used to
verify that the unload traveller is in a safe position to rotate the cups. The
rotate position is specified by the alpos crp parameter. The stepper motor moves
the unload traveller to this position and then checks the sensor. If the sensor
is not yet tripped, the stepper will jog the traveller towards the far end of the
table, 1mm at a time. The sensor is checked after each jog. If the sensor
has still not been tripped after five jogs, this rotator error is reported.
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
The sensor status may be checked by using the TABLE command. The sensor status
should read TRUE if the sensor is tripped.
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
It may be useful to set the 'verbose alcmd', 'verbose alconv' and 'verbose aldrv'
parameters to 1 in order to obtain further diagnostic information.

</ServiceInformation>
<Cause>
The plate may be binding in the leading edge clamps. The solution is to install
the new film guide (ECO #C547; #10 on the 100 label). With firmware 1.10 and above,
a new nvs parameter 'al duoff' can then be set to over-rotate the drum and cause the
LEC actuator to open the clamps wider than normal. A typical value for this parameter
should be around 125. WARNING! Do NOT set the duoff parameter to a non-zero value
with the old film guide. The guide will crash into the clamps!
</Cause>
<Cause>
If the alpos crp parameter is set too high, the unload traveller will move past
the sensor. It will then jog further PAST the sensor while searching for the
sensor.
</Cause>
<Cause>
If the alpos crp value is set correctly, inspect the optical switch, the metal
tab on the unload traveller, and the sensor wiring.
</Cause>
<Cause>
If the taveller IS in a safe position to rotate the cups but the sensor is not
working, then the rotate position sensor may be temporarily masked off by
setting al prs to 0. Masking off this sensor will get rid of the error message
but will cause the machine to run significantly slower than it used to.
</Cause>
<Cause>
WARNING: Masking off sensors disables proper error checking!
